Anjelica Huston is set to add another trophy to her mantle. The Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) has announced that the Oscar winner has been chosen as the 2017 recipient of their Career Achievement in Acting Award. The 43rd installment of the fest will also host the world premiere of Huston’s latest film, “Trouble,” written and directed by Theresa Rebeck.

Spanning over 50 years, Huston’s career includes three Academy Award nominations and one win. She received nods for “The Grifters,” “Enemies: A Love Story,” and “Prizzi’s Honor,” and won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for the latter. “Transparent” and “Smash” are among her recent credits.

“It is an honor to welcome such a talented, exquisite, and tenacious actress to this year’s festival,” said Sarah Wilke, SIFF’s Executive Director. “Anjelica Huston has graced the theater screen for many years and we at SIFF are elated to celebrate her success as an artist with our Career Achievement in Acting Award.”

“Trouble” reunites Huston with “Smash” creator Rebeck. Huston and Bill Pullman play a feuding brother and sister whose bad blood affects an old friend.

Huston will receive her award at a tribute event June 7. The evening will kick off with an on-stage interview with Huston, followed by a screening of “Trouble.” Prior to the tribute, two of Huston’s other films will play at the fest: “The Grifters” and “The Witches.”

SIFF runs from May 18-June 11. Up next for Huston is “Watcher in the Woods,” an upcoming original Lifetime movie directed by “Sabrina the Teenage Witch’s” Melissa Joan Hart. The re-imagining of the 1980 cult classic horror film sees Huston playing the mother a girl who disappeared in the English countryside.
